These terms govern the use of the ECOWASH website. By using the site you accept them. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site. For any question, write to ecowashlavanderia001@gmail.com.

1. What this website is for

The website presents the services of ECOWASH — industrial laundry, linen rental, laundry equipment, technical service, laundry chemicals and textile care consulting — and lets businesses get in touch with us. It is intended for businesses and professionals.

The information on the site is general and descriptive. It is not an offer to the public within the meaning of Article 1336 of the Italian Civil Code. Our services are supplied only under a written quote or contract accepted by both parties, and the terms of that document prevail over anything published on the site.

2. Quotes, prices and the cost calculator

The cost calculator gives an indicative estimate, based on average values for each type of business and on the figures you enter. It is not a quote and does not bind either party. The actual price is set out in the written quote we prepare after the on-site survey, once volumes, textiles and collection schedule are known.

The figures published on the site — such as capacity, turnaround times and price ranges — describe typical conditions. They may change, and they apply to a specific client only when confirmed in writing.

3. Enquiries

Sending a form does not create a contract or any obligation for either party. We aim to reply within two working hours on working days, but this is a service goal, not a guarantee.

When you send an enquiry, you confirm that the details you provide are accurate and that you are entitled to contact us on behalf of the business you mention. Please do not submit other people’s personal data unless you are authorised to do so. How we handle the data you send is explained in the Privacy Policy.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the site in breach of the law or of these terms;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its server or its data, or disrupt how it works;
• send automated or bulk submissions through the forms, or use them to send advertising;
• copy the contents of the site systematically with automated tools.

5. Intellectual property

The texts, photographs, graphics, the ECOWASH name and logo and the other brand elements on the site belong to ECOWASH or to those who have licensed them to us, and are protected by Italian copyright law (Law 633/1941) and the Industrial Property Code (Legislative Decree 30/2005).

You may view the site and print or save pages for your own business evaluation. Any other reproduction, modification or distribution, in particular for commercial purposes, requires our prior written permission. Short quotations are welcome, provided the source is credited with a link to the site.

6. Links to other websites

The site contains links to external services, such as Google Maps and WhatsApp. We have no control over them and are not responsible for their content or for how they handle your data; their own terms and policies apply.

7. Availability and changes to the site

We may update, change or remove content at any time, and the site may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or for reasons beyond our control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

8. Liability

We take care to keep the information on the site accurate and up to date, but errors or omissions are possible. To the extent permitted by law, ECOWASH is not liable for damage arising from the use of the site, from its unavailability or from decisions taken solely on the basis of the general information published on it.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence (Article 1229 of the Italian Civil Code), or in any other case in which the law does not allow it to be limited.

9. Privacy and cookies

The Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy form part of these terms.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms, for example to reflect changes to the site or to the law. The date at the top shows when they were last revised. The version published when you use the site is the one that applies.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Italian law. For disputes with businesses and professionals, the court of the place where ECOWASH has its registered office has exclusive jurisdiction. If you are using the site as a consumer, the court of the place where you live or are domiciled has jurisdiction, and you keep the protection given to you by the mandatory rules of the country where you live.

If the Italian and English versions of these terms differ, the Italian version prevails.
